A demonstration and overview of two automated press lines for digital (label) and conventional (shrink sleeve) label production. See two automated press lines for digital and conventional label production, from job creation through to pre-press, printing, finishing and invoicing. Find out how label and packaging production will evolve over the next decade in this live feature .This event will be going on all three days of the conference, and is free for all exhibit visitors.   Sustainable Materials Management
See Speaker Ann Johnson, Principal and Vice President at RRS, talk about sustainable materials management: a systemic approach to using and reusing materials more productively over their entire life cycles. It represents a change in how society thinks about the use of natural resources and environmental protection. By looking at a product's entire life cycle, exhibitors will learn and find new opportunities to reduce environmental impacts, conserve resources and reduce costs. Read More

  TLMI Ecovillage
TLMI’s Ecovillage will showcase the latest products and services designed to support a better performing, more environmentally conscious label industry. With the help of TLMI, Convergen Energy, and Channeled Resources Group, Labelexpo Americas will be collecting the waste matrix from the live press demonstrations over the course of the exhibition. The matrix waste will be collected every few hours and will be brought to the Ecovillage to showcase the amount of waste that could be used as fuel instead of being disposed of in landfills. After the show, all waste will be baled and picked up by Convergen Energy to be made into fuel pellets. Convergen Energy’s pellets are a substitute for coal but with a lower carbon and overall emissions’ footprint than fossil fuels. Channeled Resources Group will also be providing baling demonstrations each day in the feature area. Read More

Transcoat Unveiling New Labelstock Technology
Transcoat will unveil its new patent pending technology designed for label printers to make their own laminate while considerably saving time and money. The Transcoat labelstock laminator unwinds faceless rolls (consisting of adhesive and liner only) and laminates any face material (paper, film or other) to generate the final PS construction. Faceless rolls are offered in different width and adhesive technologies (hotmelt, UV Acrylic or emulsion acrylics). Exhibitors will be able to see hourly demonstrations. Read More
